Terms & Conditions

I confirm I have read Dance Out Loud's Terms and Conditions listed below:

• I understand that £26.00 is collected on the 1st of every month - Term fees broken down into monthly payments which are taken out on the 1st of every month. Class payments are spread evenly 12 monthly payments (so this will include August) - As seen Parent Handbook.
• I understand that if the monthly fee (£26) is not complete by the third attempt of collection, I will be charged a 10% late fee of £2.60. This will be added to my account and collected with the following month’s payment.
• I understand upon registering to Dance Out Loud a one off fee of £25 will be collected when enrolling my child to their weekly classes. If I have cancelled but are returning to class within a 1 month period, there is a re-enrolment fee of £12.50.
• I understand term fees once paid are not refundable and I can go to catch-up a lessons within the academic year by getting in contact via hello@danceoutloud.co
• I understand that ballet class is a group physical activity, and choose to participate at my own risk.
• I accept that Dance Out Loud Ltd. is not liable for any illness, injury or infection that I or others under my care may experience.
• I agree to notify Dance Out Loud by email (hello@danceoutloud.co) if I wish to cancel next term's enrollment no later than four weeks (30 days) before the start of the new term or you will be charged the full amount for the following month. If you wish to leave with immediate effect, there is a cancellation fee of £30 that will be charged to cover the costs of filling my place at short notice. I know my spot in class is held until notice is given.
